Delivery

Consumers shall have all their goods delivered by the contracting partner Pošta Slovenije d.d. (The Post of Slovenia) (hereinafter referred to as: «Contractor) to a consumer's address in Slovenia which has been specified in a consumer’s order.

The ordered goods shall be hand-delivered personally at the address indicated by a consumer as a place of receipt. In case nobody is present at the address in question, the Contractor shall leave a notice in a recipient's home letterbox. Such notice shall contain the information about the place of acceptance (nearest post office) and the time limit within which the forwarded goods are to be picked up by an addressee. If an addressee fails to take possession of the forwarded goods within a deadline specified in the notice, the forwarded goods shall be returned to a sender. In that case a supplier shall be entitled to recover the incurred costs from a person placing an order.

Delivery charges shall be fixed in accordance with the pricelist for an individual order set out in an online shop or on a Contractor's website.

Delivery costs (packaging, packing, transport, postal charges) for the purchases exceeding 30 EUR are to be covered by a provider.

Deliveries take up to 2-4 working days. The goods are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If the ordered goods have been dispatched by the provider on time and in accordance with the Agreement, the provider shall not be held responsible for the exceeded delivery time-limit caused by a Contractor. A client undertakes to waive other means of reimbursement of the incurred costs, paid purchase price and paid delivery costs resulting from late delivery or different manner of delivery, such as damage claims in the form of civil actions and similar. A client undertakes, however, to retain other minimum rights in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Consumer Protection Act.

A consumer is required to collect the goods supplied by the Contractor at the address specified in the purchasing process and under the conditions laid down by the Contractor. Upon acceptance of the forwarded goods a consumer is required to check the quantity and quality of the received goods. Complaints submitted at a later date are inadmissible.  

International delivery

International delivery shall be carried out after the purchase price has been fully paid on the basis of a consumer's confirmed order.

The payment includes postal charges determined with regard to the recipient's location and the weight of the forwarded goods taking into account the Contractor’s list of prices.
